Overview

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia, or CommBank, is an Australian multinational bank with businesses across New Zealand, Asia, the United States and the United Kingdom. It provides a variety of financial services including retail, business and institutional banking, funds management, superannuation, insurance, investment and broking services. The main task was to build an experience for customers to book travel insurance through their Commbank online web application.

Experience

To create an efficient and seamless experience for customers booking travel insurance, the process began with wireframing the user journey. Adobe XD and Sketch were used to design a basic wireframe of the initial user flows. This phase of the project took a total of 6 months to complete. The end result was a successful delivery and integration of the product into the client's website.
